Waited 20 min just to be greeted, then the person running the front on 10/2/2022 appeared to be on drugs had no clue what she... was doing and kept saying she didn?t know what she was doing over and over and laughing about it. Can to have breakfast this morning and Kara was my waitress! She took my order and brought my food only. Now another waitress... name Anna came back to see was my breakfast okay, I was able to ask her coffee and coffee to go!! I don?t carry cash so I left atip requesting for Anna, but couldn?t do that. So I went to the bank and got Anna a cash tip and brought it back! Ann done somuch more, take tips off her waitress!! Have a good day Read more
Rolls were dried out. Carrots looked like they had been put on 2 days ago. Received very little very thin gravy on my mashed... potatoes. Was never offered a refill (only to go) on my $2.49 sweet tea. Restaurant had 6 customers in it but was a terriblemess- bits of food on alot of chairs, a few tables, in the aisles & lots under almost every table. Read more
Very busy but waitress was very good. She checked on us frequently. The manager was helping her by bringing food to the table.... It took a little longer to get food but it was because they were very busy. We had to wait 10 minutes to get seated we had 5 inour group. The electricity was out in over half the town from a storm the night before so everybody was eating out. We would goback again the food is homecooked. Read more
Grandson loved it so you get a star. Me not so much. Lady who seated us was a borderline butho--. Only saw our server twice and... got no refills. Western Omelette is below industry standards and hash browns only done on one side. I would have pointed thisout but like I said I never saw our server again. Ordered soup and salad with rolls. I was given my warm rolls about 15 minutes before the rest of my food came so they were cold... when the rest of my order arrived. We were 1 of 3 tables present on the whole restaurant, yet the wait staff was nowhere in siteto correct issues. When I received my salad all the toppings (tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers) came in little containers sitting ontop of my lettuce and I had to assemble everything myself. The cucumbers were several days expired (my visit was on 7/3,cucumbers dated 6/28). We also asked for a to-go tea, waited nearly 10 minutes, but the waitress never returned. I will say, theone good thing was that the managers/assistant managers did in fact seem appalled when I brought this to their attention sohopefully this has been remedied. Read more
great and attentive service! the food was also good our waitress was very kind and made sure to keep our beverages filled... throughout our stay. she had all the jokes too, definitely made the experience a good one! sad i don?t remember her nametho however, our food was mediocrely prepared. my ?side? of broccoli included a total of 3 florets? lol what??? and my brotherordered a burger that was missing half of its ingredients, he still ate and enjoyed it nonetheless. shout out to the FOH staff.but that BOH staff needs to get it together.
