Went to the Marion Indiana dairy queen. This evening August 10th around 7 pm, ordered a chicken strip basket with toast a coke... and a large peanut butter milk shake. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, left went to Marion General Hospital, noticedI did not have my milk shake, attempted to call the dairy queen location 13 times each time it would ring and ring until someoneanswered and would immediately hang up. I returned to the Dairy Queen at 9:15 pm through the drive through explained to them onthe speaker what had happened was told to pull forward, waited an additional 20 minutes to get to the window to have to explainto them once again. The shift leader "a woman" refused to make it right, she asked when it happened, I replied 2 hours ago, sheasked if I called, I told her I had been trying to call even tried to show her my phone showing the ignored calls.
