Went to the Marion Indiana dairy queen. This evening August 10th around 7 pm, ordered a chicken strip basket with toast a coke... and a large peanut butter milk shake. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, left went to Marion General Hospital, noticedI did not have my milk shake, attempted to call the dairy queen location 13 times each time it would ring and ring until someoneanswered and would immediately hang up. I returned to the Dairy Queen at 9:15 pm through the drive through explained to them onthe speaker what had happened was told to pull forward, waited an additional 20 minutes to get to the window to have to explainto them once again. The shift leader "a woman" refused to make it right, she asked when it happened, I replied 2 hours ago, sheasked if I called, I told her I had been trying to call even tried to show her my phone showing the ignored calls. The blizzards have been runny for the last year. I just got one that was very runny and the cup wasn?t full.

My sister & I are frequent visitors of DQ here in Marion but that may change. The Guy who owns it was there and we ordered our... usual me a strawberry parfait and my sister a Blizzard. The man made a sundae instead of my parfait and told me he didn't makeparfaitd7 thete. I've been getting them here for 20 yrs. He was rude and argumentative. We took the darn Sundae altho it wasn'twhat I wanted we paid and left. Guess I'll drive clear over to Upland and get what I want from now on. Never had such a horribleexperience EVER! Read more
Loved it. I ordered a chocolate shake and my girl ordered a strawberry shake both were good. But the prices are outrageous. $5... per shake and both were medium. Not sure if I'll be back very soon. Probably just make my own at that price. Read more
A little overpriced for what I got (mocha moolatte) but no more than I would have paid at Starbucks.
