I've been eating at this establishment since it was founded in 1990...?????? So I've been eating here since I was six years... old...???????? I always loved the Gyro Platter, but recently I've been trying other things on the menu, such as the ChickenElite, which is totally yummy...???????????? I have had their pie before but not lunch. I Had the Beef Manhattan. It was so good. Large portions! It is a hidden gem.
I give this restaurant five stars for two major reasons: (1) there are other places with the common name of ?King Gyros?, but... here, it?s more of a homey family restaurant with warm-hearted servers and cooks who make me want to come back. (2) Aside fromthe name, the menu extends well BEYOND gyros (though they are delicious). I tried their Chicken Elite (a Greek-style chickendish) and it was marvelous. My meal could have rivaled the quality of even some Indianapolis restaurants. The variety of optionsmakes coming here worth it. Love this place...our family has been eating here since as far back as I can remember(late 1980s). Some of the best homestyle... cooking for miles. The Beef Manhattan is the best I've ever had. And my family loves their rib tips. The staff are allwonderful. Read more
