I see lots of negative reviews however I've been coming here for years as a local truck driver stopping here sometimes multiple... times a week for years ever since they even built the place never had one issue ever everything has always been fresh fast andgood no complaints at all never any negative situations or out of anything or wrong orders always been on point. This is just myexperience here over a couple decades doesn't mean that what everyone else is saying isn't true i have no idea about anyone elseand their experience i just know I've never had any issues. If I could give a negative 10 I would. This place did not use to be filthy. Then ypu don't get what you ordered and it's the... computer's fault.....I love McDonald's french fries neither of us could eat them. Will never co.e back here!! Read more
Well..... I had low expectations as it is McDonald's. The food was mediocre at best. The service..... Well, when someone finally... (5min+) came to the counter they opened a bag of food that was sitting there, closed it, took it and shouted into the back "SeeYa" and left. Still waiting finally a women comes to the register to take our order (now at the front of a 7 person line).Takes the orders for 2 more and disappears. Got our food, missing 1 small fry (had to get someone's attention again) and got theFry. Talk about a hassle just to grab a "quick" bite to eat. Read more
Wendy at this location was so helpful and polite. She took the time to adjust my order volunteerily after catching the kiosk had... overcharged me on an item. Its rare nowadays that someone goes out of there way to help you at a fast food restaurant so Ireally appreciated Wendys kindness and her pride to do her job exceptionally. One of the worst McDonald?s I?ve been to. There?s a lack of leadership and the results are I. The lack of customer service &... poor quality of food. Waited 6 minutes for the lady to get done with her conversation with another employee before she wouldeven come to the counter then I got 2 McMuffins that were burned and when I returned them for new ones I was greeting with thesame employee who wasn?t friendly nor did she apologize but instead made sure to tell the cook not to burn these. Why wouldn?tthey just serve food that was up to the standards? You can tell this location is lacking and employees are allowed to dowhatever they want. When I got my food back it was still burned. Ordered a bacon quarter meal large minus onion and ketchup with fanta no ice and not only did I get ice in my drink but also... Xtra onion and ketchup on my sandwich and cold fries to boot. Never again! FYI the lady taking the order was a GM Read more
