Avoid this place. I came here for breakfast and they gave me someone else's order. They then gave me my order (the second... time), which you would think would be right. Right? WRONG! They messed my order up twice, didnt even check to make sure it wasright. I told them that my order was wrong again and just left out of pure disbelief and frustration. Just avoid this place. The wait in line was definitely not worth it. The food was cold and tasted like old bread. Parking lot and drive up is filthy.
As most of us know not all McDonald's are the same. Food quality, service, status of the milkshake or frappe machine... questionable.... But this McDonald's is pretty consistent. Usually everything works and food is fresh and hot. Plus the serviceis always good and the people are friendly. Good job! Read more
Left my purse there when I called no one would answer. When I showed up my purse was on the counter I took it without anyone... seeing me or even asking if it was mine. The manager angel needs to train her employees better or be replaced. My purse shouldhave been in the safe or locked up in the office. I have been an assistant manager for several fast food restaurants beforestarting my career in ems. Be responsible people you wouldn't want me to leave your belongings on the back of my ambulance. Orders 2 double quarter pounder sandwiches and 2 big mac's. 2 pumpkin hot lattes. And we received one of the quarters meat was... red raw. And the other was just one meat patty. Hot lattes we're not pumpkin. Bathroom was so disgusting. ???????? Read more
I tried to use a promo code with my orders the first time the cashier knee what she was doing and I had no problem but she went.... On break and the person who took her place had no idea how to enter a promo code nether did the. Manager apparently because Istood waiting for over an hour for all of the workers to figure out how to enter the discount codes and no one could figure itout . I finally just paid full price for my order that was supposed to be 80%off . Read more
My husband and I went to the McDonald's north location in Marion Indiana today for breakfast. We stood at the counter for five... minutes while the employees were standing around in the kitchen talking. All of a sudden, the manager (I assume) yells out NOBREAKFAST ORDERS!. Then, five minutes after that a employee comes up and says what can I get for you? I told her breakfast butyou apparently stopped serving it. She took our order. My husband and I are convinced that if someone was behind the counterdoing their job, we would have had breakfast this morning. Do not recommend! Read more
Food cold right from the window. Picked food up through drive thru at about 11pm...no sauce on burger that was paid extra for. ... Got a LOAD of onions on burger. Window guy telling someone else in there that they were the reason he or whomever else washigh...quality of service terrible and cold food. Read more
