Waited in line at the drive thru and when it was our turn to order, the menu would not display. Only showed previous customers... order. Two employees ask if we were ready to order and we explained we needed to see the menu, not the last persons order. 3cars in the second order lane placed their orders and our menu would not display. We finally drove off, parked and went inside. As I was ordering my wife asked for a manager. The employee YELLED the managers name a couple of times. When the managercame up front, she started talking to the employee about a bag and said, "you didn't ask me if I acted a mountain dew". Iinterrupted and said, I'm trying to place my order and I would like to finish it instead of you distracting her from doing herjob. As my wife explained what happened, the manager said "I'm sorry" turned around and walked away. Read more
Yesterday I ate breakfast here for my first visit to the new store and it was a bad experience. Other people in the store were... frustrated as well. The wait was too long for there only being four people inside the store. I ordered a steak, egg, and cheesebagel and they gave me a sausage bagel. They did make it right and quickly brought out my steak bagel. The tables were dirty andhad old food on them. The floor was dirty as well. It?s crazy to think that the store would be dirty when you?re greeted by thebroom and dust pan after opening the door to enter the store. Read more
I called about what time the drive thru opened and the lady was rude and hung up on me. Then she was rude when I got to the... window and paid and got my food. Besides that it's not a bad place. Then they didn't run the adult meals long enough. Noteveryone can afford to go everyday or multiple times a day. Read more
Long wait inline...nothing new. No thank you at pay or pick up window. Asked person at pick up window if salt and ketchup were... in the bag....no answer just the back of his shirt could be seen as he walked away. Lots of laughing and loud voices inbackground. Seems like they could focus more on service and politeness. Fries were not done not even golden brown....fish waswarm at best. Not real happy with the experience. Read more
Fries were SOO Hot and Fresh, that you could barely hold them in your hand..... A VERY Nice change in fast food today. I better... note that I WAS facetious in my comment before someone tries to sue them because they burned their fingers grabbing fries out ofthe bag, instead of being appreciative of the great quality of the food!!! I usually don't have a problem with this particular McDonald's but my last visit was not good. I placed an order on the mobile... app, parked in one of the designated spots and checked in. Fifteen minutes later I called the store and she said she didn't havean order but by the time I hung up she had found it. Another fifteen minutes later and one wrong order brought to me I calledagain. She said he's on his way out right now. That order was also wrong except for one of the drinks. About 10 minutes later Iwent into the store and they were finally making my food. She did refund my money and apologized for my long wait so that was aplus. The only reason I did the curb side pickup was because I had shoulder surgery and couldn't reach out my car window for thedrive-thru. I will not be using curb side pickup for awhile if ever at this McDonald's again. Read more
Earlier this morning I ate at this McDonald's for only the second time. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes with extra... sausage. The food was good but it didn't come with any plastic silverware to use. Read more
The food was delicious but everytime I go to this McDonald's they ALWAYS get my order wrong. And it's usually 2 McChickens and a... medium fry. I don't get it because I have worked at many different fast food places and them boss' was always on us about timingand accuracy. I get that it gets busy but every single time I order it's an easy order and they still mess it up. Read more
