WORST PAPA JOHN'S EVER. Ordered 11/05/22 delivery, 2 pizzas 1 papadia. Arrives looking smashed or dropped. Manager or someone... emails me and tells me my order will be replaced for free but to call the store to get order placed for free. Call the store11/21/22 for replacement order at 5:59pm. Put on hold to be transferred to "front office" for my "credit". After 10 minuteswaiting, I hang up and call again. 6:11pm, they don't confirm address but say order will be there in about 45 minutes. 7:10pm, Icall to find out where the order is, I am told it just went out the door. 7:38pm I receive a text saying they have low bloodsugar, had to stop for a drink. I get it, I'm diabetic. 7:42pm pizza shows up. It's barely warm and we're missing ranch dip. Icall the store back and they offer to send the ranch back out. I asked if they could send someone else because her blood sugarwas low. They proceed to tell me DoorDash delivered the order, almost as if it were a question. This whole experience makes usnever want to return. On top of that, it'll be another 30+ for ranch, with only 1 delivery "ahead of me"! It's now been 2 hourstotal for this order. The order before this one was placed as delivery, then found out delivery was 2 to 2.5 hours. We calledto change it to pick-up. Our card was still charged for delivery. Same price for pick-up as it was for delivery but they claimthey didn't charge us for delivery. Can't make it make sense. We won't be returning. Read more

They need to get the phone ordering back to the actual store here!! whoever it is answering the phone in whatever country... you're in, he lied about the time mine would be done. The poor understaffed people working in the place were doing all the coulddo, and the young lady at the counter is awesome. Read more

I ordered a all meat and got the works. I took it back in and told her but she said I ordered the works and I told her I didnt,... she said I told her twice. But I know I didnt because I dont eat mushrooms and cant have onions and she left off sausage andreplaced it with bacon (because I ordered the meat. It had Canadian bacon on it too. Because I told her my husband wasnt crazyabout it but we could take it off. She said I did, even thou I know I didnt I just kept it. I didnt have time to argue with her. Read more

We ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 Large cheese sticks. When we ordered there was nobody doing work and said it would be an hour... wait. After waiting an hour and a half we were missing our 2nd order of cheese sticks. Then when asking for them, got told itwould be another hour wait. WASTE. OF. TIME! And everything was cold..???? We put in our order at 650pm and was told it would take 44minutes. So we killed some time and waited. We pulled up at 750pm and... went in to get our order. We were told it hadn?t been started and that it would take ANOTHER 20-35minutes. Very unsatisfied withthe service and professionalism. Will NOT be ordering from them in the future!! Read more

Normally, this location has been a blast. But within the last month they have a new call center. My wife called and the guy who... answered could barely speak english and rushed the order to the order. Wife felt uncomfortable so we ordered and said we'd paywith cash. Guy didn't even wait to confirm and hung up. Called again to check the status of the order... and it was a trollvoice mail. It was condescending, and in poor taste. Won't be ordering from here again, not going to give money online or overthe phone if we can't confirm you even got our order right, let alone to mock us over the phone when we call to confirm it. App is NOT user friendly! You must go through the entire process of ordering and paying BEFORE seeing an estimated delivery... time. Tried to order online last night, on a TUESDAY night, only to find out that the wait time was over two hours!!! Had tothen call the restaurant directly to have them cancel the order. This is not necessarily a complaint against that particularrestaurant, but a complaint against Papa John?s website in general. You should be able to see an estimated delivery time afterputting in your delivery address. And then that would determine if you want to continue with your order. We understand thatstores are sometimes short staffed but someone in corporate needs to update their technology! Won?t use the app ever again! Read more

we ordered a thin pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, onions on half. They put them on the whole pizza. Not only was it... made wrong it wasn't even cut I was able to pick the whole pizza and take a picture of it. On top of that our garlic breadsticks were not done it looked like cheese when we pulled them apart. The only positive thing was the employee that answered myangry call. They offered to remake our pizza or give us one at a later date. Read more
