Was in town for a work trip and wanted pizza. After calling 3 other places that didn?t even answer their phones even tho Google... said they were open I tried this Pizza Hut. Nelson (I believe was his name) answered the phone and very cheerfully took my orderand even asked if I needed directions to get to the Pizza Hut after he found out that I was driving into town. 25 minutes laterI arrived and was handed a hot and fresh pan pizza and some garlic cheese bread. I ordered a pizza at pizza hut for curb side pickup i get there, someone came out to car with drinks, I said I didn't order that... only a pizza, she went back in and someone else come out wanting to know the name picking up order I told her, she went in cameout and said did you know you're too early, I said yes, she said pizza's not ready yet, I said ok 5min later here comes a guyout with my pizza. This was a pizza hut bistro. In kokomo we have just regular pizza huts but this one was really nice and kept up. They also had a... separate bar area to drink alcohol and watch sports on a big screen tv. Employees were very courteous. Never a bad pizza frompizza hut. Read more
Ordered a pizza w/ only pepperoni and bacon with my rewards points I?ve been saving up. Pizza was covered with ham when I got... home and we had ate some before realizing. I called to try to at least get part of my rewards points back for compensation. Irealize we?re picky and it?s just a pizza but Pizza Hut put no efforts into trying to make this right. Since it had been taken afew bites out of they said there was nothing they could do. Now I?m stuck with this pizza no one is gonna eat and that will endup in the trash. This place is understaffed, everyone hangs out in the kitchen. The salad bar doesn't have clean plates, people are bringing back... their dirty plate. When I mentioned it to the cashier he shrugged his shoulders. The lobby was filthy, trash on the tables,floor needed swept. Avoid this place it's terrible. Until they can get help... don't waste your time. The pizza was over cookedfor the cheesy bite pizza. Read more
