Got the classic chicken combo. The sandwich was okay. My side item was really beans and rice. Which was very dry. Must been... there all day!!! Also got a apple pie. Which wasn't warm at all. They received a 3 star. They need work on products!! Read more

When this business first opened, the service and food was great! However what was, no longer is. The chicken is cold, biscuits... are not edible due to being burned, mashed potatoes and gravy etc. I should have taken a picture. It is sad that what was hotand popping is now cold and tasteless. I gave it 2 stars because the drive up window workers are courteous. Read more

I was so excited when Popeyes first came into town. Food was hot, great, and plentiful. As the newness wore off it was still... one of my go to places. There is two suggestions I have for this location...Please make sure when your consumers come and youask them what sauce they want with their chicken...Please put their sauces in the bag immediately. Many times the sauces aremissing and you either have to check, asking at the window or you have to go in and get it. The second suggestion would be andI know this can be hard...when a consumer uses delivery...please try to make their food as hot and fresh as possible before itis picked up. It can go a LONG way especially if they are working a long shift and can't get home for a meal. Thank you forcoming to Marion. Read more

Customer service is usually a little bit on the curt side but the food quality and portion size makes it worth looking past... until recently. Our orders for the last two trips have been incorrect. We have had to make 3 separate trips through thedrive-thru for a wait time of over 45 minutes trying to get our order right. As much as my daughter loves the mac & cheese andsandwiches, I can't say we'll be back anytime soon. We don't mind paying a higher price for quality food and a usually generousserving size - we don't even mind a long wait if I know we're going to get what we ordered and it being hot and a full serving.Seems those days are gone for the Marion Popeye's. Sadly, the mac & cheese quality has slid to the level of the overflowingtrash can outside the drive through window, portion sizes seems to have been cut. When they first opened the Marion Popeye's wasas good as the all of the California Popeye's we have been to but not any longer. The manager acted like our situation was anisolated case but after reading the reviews on here, it is obvious missing items and incorrect orders are the norm rather than arare occurrence. The staff are incredibly rude, doors locked during business hours so you can't go inside and get your ordercorrected . . . nah, we won't be back for a very long time. Maybe new management & properly trained employees with customerservice skills would go a long way to making a difference. Not usually one to complain about a fast food restaurant, thingshappen. However, it seems to be consistently bad now, and the prices are those of a sit-down restaurant. Like I said, we don'tmind paying a higher price if we get the quality and value to go with it. Not happening here any longer.... Read more

Not worth the money. The chicken was barely cooked enough. Everything tasted of grease. My wife and I split a small portion of... mac and cheese and look what my half looked like. Disgusting! For $25 this was a rip and I will not return. Read more

This is a review of one thing: Popeye's Flounder Sandwich. Popeye's is known for chicken, so when I saw "Flounder sandwich," I... didn't have high hopes. I don't know if this will become a regular item, or if it's just for Lent. But it turned out to bepretty tasty - about all one can reasonably expect from a flounder sandwich. The breading is slightly spicier than the averagebreading; I reckon that's the Popeye's touch. The only improvement I might suggest is to ask customers how many pickles theywant on their flounder sandwich. Read more

Had a wonderful experience at Popeyes on opening day. I decided to eat in since the drive thru was extremely busy(It was the... grand opening after all). My food arrived in a timely manner. Overall happy to have a new option in Marion. Read more
