I highly recommend Poppy's Extreme Donuts! I literally contacted them on messenger at 4am the morning of my best friend's... wedding. Not only did they message me back almost immediately extremely early in the morning, they made 4 dozen donut donutsfor the wedding party at a moment's notice. The donuts were amazing and everyone loved them. I really appreciate them for goingout of their way at the last minute to help make sure that my friend's special day was perfect from beginning to end. I don't understand why you are closed on the donut day of the week being Sunday. That's just dumb. Kokomo has 4 really busy 7... days a week donut shops and we have one that sells out what they want then closes. Why don't people want to work anymore? Read more
Donuts are made differently by different employees. You never know what you'll get. Sometimes they're great, other times they're... burnt, have barely any icing or way too many sprinkles, so hard you can't bite into them, or they just don't make donuts thatday. Not the most dependable place for donuts. Read more
Originally, I was going to leave a bad review here, but by the time I got through the drive through line my opinion was entirely... changed. You can?t go in to buy donuts, it is drive-through only. Be prepared to wait a bit. When I finally got to the window Iwas immediately told we don?t have an assortment. I was still able to get a dozen of puffs, longjohns, and some other randomdonuts (which in my opinion meets the criteria of an assortment). Because of the wait and ?limited? options they threw inseveral free donuts and a free large coffee. Even though I was very happy with what they ended up having they were veryapologetic and the customer service was top-notch. Best of all, the donuts were absolutely amazing. Some of the best I?ve had inthe entire state. I probably wouldn?t recommend going here if you?re in a rush and have a very specific donut that you want inmind, but if you?re open to variety and willing to wait a bit this place is perfect. I love their filled donut holes but it is so hard to get donuts sometimes. If you aren't there early, your not getting any... unless you find a store that sales them. I think they should make more and sale them linger in the morning. But it is what itis. No one wants to work anymore and it's gard for alot of places to have the help we need. Read more
