Absolutely worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! 15 minutes in line to get food that was no where near the quality it should have... been with 3/5 of the tacos upsidedown. Ordered extra cheese and two of the 3 barely had any my freeze must have been made when Iordered so when I got to it it wasn't even full. If it wasn't a long wait and I wasn't still 30 minutes from home I would havetook it back inside. Read more

The staff seemed tired and overworked. They had a huge rush when I went. The food was a mess. Not really put together well at... all. I have noticed that there are several items on the menu are repeated. They are put together differently...most without anyspecial ingredient...for example what is in a Chalupa that's isn't in a taco salad...what is in a crunch wrap that isn't in ataco salad? There are no taco salads made there anymore. Taco Bell isn't what it should be...You would also think after sittingin a line for 45 minutes it would be at least warm but no it isn't. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Service was reasonably fast but I got 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken I?ve even seen in my life on my... chicken burritos. Whoever runs this place should be fired for shorting customers on what they paid for. They only reason thisdump is open is because they are open later than any other fast food joint. Read more
If for some reason every other restaurant in 1000 miles of here is closed and you are starving to death, do not come here!!! It... took my son and I over 30 minutes to receive our food after we ordered two Cravings Boxes. There was one other family in thedining room and they said they had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Drive thru however was averaging 3 to 5 minutes. At leastwe all got to sit here is the dining room and watch the kitchen staff laughing, playing around, and having a grand time. I guessif they are not going to fix our food we at least have a show to watch. Not only will I never return to this Taco Bell, but atthis point I am not sure I will ever eat Taco Bell again. Overall good experience for once at a Taco Bell. Only thing that kept it from 5 stars: Either the customer drive through... speaker, the employee's headgear, or a bad connection between the two electronics, made it very hard for the employee tounderstanding what was being ordered, & my husband isn't the soft spoken type. Lol Though me giving 4 stars to a Taco Bell is iscudos to ya'll. Read more
