Went to roadhouse for late lunch on 9/17/22. Not bad today. Got the key lime margarita.. very good stuff!! Then got the 14... ounce prime rib. It was okay. Too much fat. Fries and salad were great. Will return as usual. Read more
Food was great and servers were friendly and efficient. I am only giving two stars because of the noise. We came to have a meal... and enjoyable conversation with friends, but the music was too loud which made every one have to talk louder which increase thenoise. We and the waitress had difficulty hearing each other. We could not have a enjoyable conversation. We had to practicallyyell to be heard or repeat everything being said. Eventually we just gave up trying to talk, finished the meal and left. We willnot be back. If we wanted loud music we would have gone to a bar. Very dissappointing. Read more
Everything was good. Some tables were closed and customers were cramped into one area that made it kinda loud and closed in. But... it's not TR fault for overbearing people. Some acted like they were at bingo. Alison was our server. She was a very good serverand kept our drinks full and made sure we were good. No complaints. Would return. Read more
Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Food was wonderful, restaurant was clean, staff were friendly. I did not have to wait... for my food very long. Very attentive restaurant manager checked on all tables several times. Read more
We had Brianna as a waitress and she was wonderful. Enjoyed the entertaining dance the waiters supplied and clapped along! Food... was hot and fresh and served quickly. When we did not get our shrimp side, Brianna was quick to get that fixed! Great workers,great atmosphere, great food. Read more
Nice Texas roadhouse. Friendly staff and our waitress Emily got everything we needed. Helped recommend a drink for my wife. We... both got steak which was cooked just right and very tender and juicy. The rolls were good as well as the sides for our steaks.Also got dessert to go which was good when I ate it later at home. Read more
The servers were kind & the food tasted great but the service was extremely slow. They were not busy so that was not the issue.... 30 minutes for fried pickles & potato skins & another 45 until dinner finally came. I was asked if we needed to-go boxes beforeeven receiving our meal. To top off our experience my daughter never received her steak fries & half of my steak was fat. Wewill not return. Read more
My service was good. But my food was ???????????????? Nasty. I waited about 5 minutes after getting there cuz they said it... wasn't done yet I was curbside when she finally brought it out to me the steak looked warm the potatoes felt warm well by timewe got home to eat them are potato skin was so burnt that some of the potato inside was burnt and stuck to it It washorrible.....
