Notice in their listing they show being open 24hrs. 5:45 in the afternoon and they are closed. Obviously they made all the... money they needed to this week and don?t care about customers needs. This is a restaurant inside a truck stop. A place thatdrivers depend on to be able to eat during the moments they have time to stop. Management here and at this particular Pilottruck stop obviously don?t care about taking care of the drivers and have no issue adding to the difficulties drivers face asthey work to keep this country going. The young man taking our order was amazing.. That's where everything else went south.. Person calling out the names of the... orders I guess could only call out what was in the bag.. Once at the table my burger was half cooked..still red in the center..I did not take it back to them just tossed it in the trash.. The fries were cold and tasted stale.. Food was good. Fries were hot and fresh. Minus one star for the lady behind the counter. While not unpleasant, she barely spoke... above a whisper and seemed incredibly disinterested anything going on around her. Read more
Woman taking the order was polite enough. The guy who calls names called the wrong name for my order so I was waiting for no... reason as my food sat there. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they didn't put any lettuce on it. Read more
Not open 24 hrs. Came in at 730 am looking for food the closed sign was out on the counter. Guy in the back said the person that... does front counter would be there at 8 am(but don?t count on it) Assuming the drive thru was open I can?t use that eitherbecause I?m a truck driver. Do better. The hype is real! Seriously, they don't skimp on nothing! The toppings on my burger were picked high. This Wendy's is in a truck... stop, but service was amazing. Today was the the taste of the New Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken sandwich. Very tasty. However, it was a little strong on the... flavors. It is my belief if it was a little lighter then it could be one of the best chicken sandwiches coming from a fast foodrestaurant. Read more
I asked for two slices of cheese on the Dave's single, they said that's how it's made. I get it and it has one, not two. And the... chili is half water. Wall tiles falling off at the condiment bar. Plus one for offering Westminster Bakers saltines, tho. Read more
