Good kitchen help must be hard to find!!!! No mask, food selection is the worse in area. And when I drove back to get a ham,... egg, and cheese croissant order, that the cashier said would take 6 minutes....Had one more delivery, came back after 5, waited3 minutes, And she threw cold cheese in it...so I put it by the register and told the casheir, "no thanx"!! This is the yearlyattitude I get from this Casey's. My advice? Go to the 7th Avenue one, it always satisfies. Read more

Worst Casey?s in the CR area! They deleted my online order because they didn?t have a driver to deliver it & told me they?d... mark me for a free one later. Ok, later I phone in my ?free? pizza order, but they can?t deliver a free pizza!!! WTH!?! Whywould I drive past 2 Casey?s (pick up only-no delivery) TO PICK UP A PIZZA?!?! SMH. Read more
Horrible employees, very rude to my friend and I. When I called to get corporates number. Straight up refused. I had to call the... caseys on marion blvd to get the number. The customer service here is pathetic, if I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second time that they have either messed up... an order or failed to keep their hair to their selves and off of our food. Both times they put our names down for a free pizzato rectify their mistakes, yet conveniently could not find our names on "the list". So we have to pay for our "makeup pizzas"yet again. So they never took responsibility for their actions, which I'm sure no one wants to eat hair, especially thatbelonging to a stranger; or wants to eat ingredients that they are allergic to. Pretending that you didn't mess up an order, orthat the hair was not there, does not mean the occurrence didn't happen. Read more
Ordered through the app, was delivered fairly quickly - but the order was wrong. Our taco pizza had none of the taco toppings... (lettuce, tomato, Doritos or the sauce) - actually thought it was sausage until we took a bite. It honestly tastes terrible.Tried calling the store several times but no one ever answers the phone. Other Casey's locations picked up immediately butcouldn't help us with the order. Read more
