Usually very good butter bugers but not this time. Very disappointed in my burger. The bun was smashed down, very small pieces... of wilted lettuce and the onion was soft. It had pickles even though order was ordered without pickles. And most of all it wasnot hot but looks like it came out of a microwave. Very, very disappointed. Read more
Food is decent and the frozen custard is delicious. They're kids meals are a great deal, they come with coupons that you can use... to get free scoops of ice cream or free meals. I want to update my review, just to acknowledge one of your employees. Crew chief on Wednesday night 11/2/22 at your Marion... location restored my faith in your customer service. We received two wrong concrete mixers and normally the staff is sononchalant about wrong orders, which are happening WAY too often now. In fact, it happens so much I didn?t even complain aboutit because I didn?t want to put up with the attitudes. I just bought two more mixers. Well, she takes her job seriously, sheapologized to me personally, refunded my money and had two correct items delivered in my hands before I knew what was going on.Usually they make you wait for the order correction and the rest of the food is cold. I told her that THIS is good customerservice. I?ll hang on a little longer because the food is great, but SERIOUSLY, you guys need to get these kids to start caring.7/10 of my last orders were wrong, and asking for a correction is almost not worth it. One time we waited 15 minutes for asandwich remake to find out they never handed the ticket to the kitchen! But all the employees were getting their dinner made!Enough ranting.
