Placed order using rewards program, which was buy a sandwich get fries and drink free. Got charged regular price. Received cold... not even luke warm fries. When telling the girl about them at the window she told me she couldn't take them back. Finally aftera conversation I got my fries replaced. Double check your food. Read more
I've always had good food and great service here. Just don't be expecting perfection from people. They can't be perfect all the... time. Give them a little encouragement every so often and it will go a long way. If you can't do anything but complain then whydon't you get a job there and show us how it's done. Bahaha. Being right off the highway, the wait time was minimal for the length of the drive through line. The staff were polite and... pleasant to speak with. The food was fresh and delicious. I have had it with these guys screwing up the drive thru orders. So finally I decided to give them the 1 star. I ordered the big... breakfast and went home to find syrup and preserve packets but no hot cakes. Try to avoid this establishment or double checkyour order every time before you drive away.
