We got here about 2hours before close and ALL the lights were off. Got 2 kids meals and a 6 pack of nuggets. Nuggets weren't... cooked- gooey on the inside. Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order didnt ask what size of meal i wanted. Drove up and paid... at first window then went to second only to wait another 15 minutes to get just a cheese burger and frie meal. Sad part was theywere not even busy. We visit this location often, especially after 8pm. We love McDonald's frappes. This item is usually the reason why we're there.... But their machine is always down for cleaning a few hrs before they close however the McDonald's on blairsferry has theirmachine going and are happy to sell you a frappe. Read more
Ugh. I?m always sick and tired of this abysmal service. I once had a 10 pc McNuggets meal several months ago. They never... included my McNuggets. So I kept returning to this location to correct the order. Not a one time only; it?s constantly happeningevery time I?m in the drive thru. I might consider a potential protest if service does not improve within 1-2 weeks. Hireproperly trained staff and management. We need a new proper ownership immediately! Read more
I don?t know why I even bother. You think it sounds good but then it?s definitely not. And, you regret it the rest of the day.... We ordered 4 meals. Two out of the four sandwiches in those meals were made incorrectly. We went back to have it corrected. Ittook forever & wasn?t worth the trouble. Total waste of money. Ice cream machine was broken as usual. My friend ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single regular patty.
I'm not sure if it's the new management or new staff but this place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Getting... the wrong food in gerenal and skimpy on the sides. Takes way to long to get from point A to B. They pulled my car & I waitedlike 11 minutes, I finally go in & they didnt even have my order. Always get good service, usually fast and always correct! Until I received a McChicken with some sort of feather stick attached... to the chicken. I called and they didn?t seem bothered and had no interest in making it right. I haven?t eaten here since and Ihaven?t eaten a McChicken either. Read more
