The sauce and all the toppings were rotten. We ended up throwing out all the food it was so disgusting. I use to like this... place but now it's terrible . If you call to complain they just tell you that you wrong and don't know what your talking aboutor the food suppose to taste like that. So shame on papa John workers who were working last night . Orders have been wrong multiple times but I still give this place of shot due to poor pizza selection on this side of town. I... will never order from here again. Manager "Jim" never tells the truth, delivery times over 2 hours and orders dropped at thewrong place 4 times. Please don't tell me "it hasn't even been an hour" when my order was placed at 7:12 and I called at 8:15because my order hadn't even left the store. Then proceeded to tell me the order was "just coming out of the oven and the nextdriver back will take it". Only to wait another hour and a half before my order left the store. Learn how to be a manager. Tellpeople the truth and compromise with them. If you would've gave me the opportunity to know my order was going to take 2 and ahalf hours I would've said no thank you. I will be getting my money back and reporting this to the owner. Please do not givethese people your money. What an absolute joke of a place. Read more

I have to say tonight my experience topped it all off. I order online 90 minute wait. I call and ask what carry out time is 35... minutes. Awesome! Let?s switch it! It?s already paid for, I?ll be there in 35. I get there and she checks me out and so leave.The manager comes storming out and tells me that?s not paid for and if I leave I?m stealing! I showed an email confirmation ofmy payment, I switched it to carry out. She told me I am stealing and I can no longer order from there! I asked for her managersname and she said NOPE! While I hold the door open and demand her mangers name an employee said Sam.. another employee shuts thedoor in my face.
