There wasn't really any food out. The lettuce was brown. The manager wanted to keep us in the party room cause another customer... said we was getting too much food at a all you can eat buffet. The customers was looking at us like we disgusted them anddidn't belong there. One customer kept giving our kids the middle finger. Very bad experience will not recommend Pizza Ranch inMarion IA. Fast and efficient.. hot and fresh during lunch hour. Staff courteous and friendly on our visit.
Poor overall selection of pizza available. Sometimes they offer to make a selection for you, but this was not offered today.... Lots of duplicate pizza, stuffed crust pepperoni, and thin crust pepperoni, same for 2 cheese pizzas. I usually expect to see ataco, or maybe a supreme or even a plain sausage but not today. Many employees on staff, none very friendly. For the cost ofthis place I'd say its officially over valued. I really like this place usually, just not a great experience today. Read more
Just picked up our $85 order through carry out. Got home to find all 8 of our biscuits were burnt. The entire order of Mac n... Cheese (family order) was ice cold. Had to put it in the microwave for 3 mins. Spent all this money to be very disappointed.Pizza Ranch in Marion is going down hill. Read more
The food was good and as fresh as I had anticipated after seeing the parking lot. The food kept coming out and there was not a... minute that a customer gad to wait for any food item. I was especially impressed by the staff clearing tables, the cleanlinessand so dear to my heart a job coach working with a special needs individual, putting our clean plates and utensils. Even better,I knew the young man and was delighted to see his dedication.There will be another visit and next time I will take mygranddaughters so we can enjoy the games! Read more
Updated 6/10/22 because apparently service is going down hill. See pizza that was delivered?. What a great facility they have... now! Nice game room for kids with monitors throughout the restaurant so you can see your kids playing (or your husband)????. Thebuffet was fabulous lots of good choices and it tasted good. We had an amazing time at Pizza Ranch! The food was really good, the games were a lot of fun, from the young to the old we all... laughed and had a grand time! Definitely recommend corralling the kids on down to the ranch. My one criticism is that Glutenfree pizzas should be included in the buffet price, I appreciate that it's even offered, but it's not my fault I have a specificdietary restriction, and I refuse to pay extra for something I feel should be included, it's already hard enough being GF anddining out, there's no need to rip us off too. So sad this was a great place when they first opened. Tonight there was literally nothing but the salad bar. After 15 mins... they put out chicken. I managed to get 2 legs before it was gone. In the next 20 mins they never put out more chicken. As fastas they put out pizza it was gone and there was never bread sticks or dessert pizza. Pretty expensive dinner for a salad barand 2 chicken legs. If you are going to book all the party rooms you need to ensure you have adequate staff to keep allcustomers happy. Read more
