I like Casey's and there pizza, the Marion store is too convenient and I go there too often.
Food was bad (breakfast food) and lady at the counter was very snooty and stuck up. But the other employee was just the opposite... very polite and helpful down to earth. Read more
I came 10 minutes early to get my pizza, I was fully aware it was not going to be ready, the guy told me 20-25 minutes over the... phone. But I wanted to go ahead and get gas and pay for it. I was FINE with the wait. I KNEW I was early. I did not complainabout it not being ready when I got there, but as the cashier went back to tell the kitchen staff I was there, HE complained iwas early and i could hear him say "Are you serious? I told her 20-25 minutes. Jesus!" Although it wasn't that rude, I wasannoyed at the fact that HE got upset that I was early. I get it being frustrated with customers, I've been in customer servicefor about 10 years now. But I also know not to voice my frustration loudly enough for the customer to hear. Read more
Since 1 is the lowest I can give I guess it will have to do. I've been in covience for years and this by far the worst place... I've seen and heard of. 18 yrs ago someone had a felony but had worked there since but wouldn't hire now do to it. I just wentto buy a pack of smokes with $24 I'm my wallet. When the 20 ripped coming out of my wallet the clerk didn't even know the policyor to check #'s on each half of the bill and denied me sale. 100 to one odds I can get at least 50 people to not go in thatstore ever again Read more
Employees treat you like you're imposing on them. There's never anything but beef/jalapeno pizza available. Kitchen staff... doesn't answer the phone to place an order EVER. I've tried calling in for the past 2 months to place an order and have yet toget anyone to answer the phone - each time I've called for over an hour every 5mins with no response. Read more
Worst town you will ever visit. If you like to be constantly watched by staff and patrons alike, as if you were in the act of... committing or could any second commit a crime, then you will feel right at home here. If you want to be treated like a sub humanby all means Marion KS is the place for you. Read more
Had a mistake on an order, called and they rectified the mistake, all these reviews are unfair and quite distasteful, they?re... people too, people make mistakes, a little kindness goes a long way. Read more
