Find another KFC if you can! The crew here is the MOST apathetic, whatever kind of group. Out of a bunch of BIG menu items,... best sellers mind you, there is no sense of urgency. ?You get your food, when and how get it to you!? Haven't had KFC in years. The food was good, but the order and wait time was horrible. Short staffed was obvious.
Went thru the drive thru. Was told it would be a 20 min wait on chicken. I paid an returned 25 minutes later. My food was given... to someone else. They had already took it out of the store an opened it. The manager went to put my order together agian. 1 12piece meal with extra side large coleslaw, an mac n cheese $46.94. Then I was informed my wait would be another 20 minutes. Iask for my money back. Read more
This is all of my 16-piece meal order. Just the sides and a leaky iced tea. No chicken no cake. Now I have to go back and waste... gas to go 10 miles to pick up something that should have been done in the first place. When I asked the young man at the windowif my order was complete he said yes. And with companies changing their packaging so frequently and me usually being able to getthat order in one plastic bag, I did not question him. That was my mistake. The KFC in Marion did not make these errors and I amvery disappointed that the KFC in Nebo apparently does. *update* I went to the KFC and received a full meal replacement. I tookwith me what I had been given versus what I had ordered and the manager made the correction immediately with no fuss. I did wantto thank her but the kitchen was so busy I left without being able to. And while I may have serious issues with the gentlemanwho took my order and made the mistake and refuse to own it, I do know that the manager is aware of the attitude. And like allother places, short staffed and overworked is just not a good situation. Read more
WORST KFC EVER!!! We where the only customers in the restaurant and it took them 4 times to get our order correct. All the... tables where dirty and both trash bins where overflowing!! How hard is it to get a 3 PC dark meat meal with mashed potatoes andgravy & corn and a 5 PC chicken strip meal with a double side of mac&cheese correct?? Read more
Went on the right day(Wednesday) was so happy they had fried livers most KFC's have stopped selling them. They were on point hot... and fresh not over or undercooked. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. Read more
Granted, Its a Sunday afternoon, many people, etc. , however, the cashier told me my PICKUP order was almost ready after i asked... and had waited well past scheduled pickup time; the bag/box loader worker sits MY PICKUP order in the DELIVERY section, and so Iwaited, once again I asked about it and the two of them talked, the bagger says it was for DOORDASH or something,???????, andsaid was for [ my name] and so ,yeah... a bit if confusion in the air. I enjoyed this visit to KFC with a good friend of mine. We went inside and ordered, then sat down at a table, because the booths... were all dirty, and also the floor. Employees were friendly with smiles on their faces. Their restroom was clean and stockedwith toilet paper. This KFC could use a cleaner dining room and cleaner floors. If people are going to be coming inside to sitdown and eat, it's a real good idea to have it clean for the customer. It doesn't take an employee long to tidy up the diningroom after customers leave from eating. There was plenty of employees here at this KFC and someone needs to be appointed theduty of cleaning up the dining area at least every hour on the hour, if not more. Read more
