Understaffed! They actualy turned people away because they couldn't get the tables cleaned fast enough. Aside from that, our... server was very nice. She never stopped moving and had a good attitude the entire time. Pizza was tasty. We had the Detroitstyle meat. It was good but, the pepperoni one was better. I think less toppings on the Detroit may be key. Will be back. Read more

Ordered pizza online for delivery, delivery time changed to an hour longer. Tried to call multiple times phone picked up then... hang up. A customer dining in the store told me they just kept hanging it up when I went to find out what was wrong. I didfinally get my order but took it with me. They could have answered and just said they got slammed or anything but the rudenessof customer service is what ticked me off Read more

Oh how I miss the Pizza Hut of the 80s and 90s. I was feeling nostalgic and many Pizza Huts in my area have sold their sit-down... restaurants in favor of a pickup/delivery only counter. They may have a small table, but not a real Pizza Hutrestaurant. This nostalgia led me to the Pizza Hut in Marion. I went twice, and ordered a different sized pan pizza each time. Personal the first time, medium the second. The first visit: The manager was obviously shorthanded and had to handle managingthe restaurant with serving the patrons. I don't hold that against the management, given the way things are right now, especially in that sector. While I am understanding of that, it does not change the fact that your service may vary. It took 10minutes for a cup of water. Again, I understand, but it doesn't change that fact. The personal supreme pan pizza was superb. It was so good I almost ordered another but I just didn't want to wait. No, it wasn't the buttery crispy pan pizza of the PizzaHut of yore, but that's just Pizza Hut, they just don't do it like that anymore. However, it was still a very good pan pizza, and like I said, I wished I had ordered a larger size. Second visit: I came back the next day during my lunch break. This timethe service was much quicker, which was good, since I didn't want to be late getting back from lunch. The service was quick andtimely and that totally made up for the previous day's shortcomings. This time, I went with a medium supreme pan pizza. Itfelll short. Overall, it was ok, but there was just not enough cheese. There were many places allover where there were justlakes of tomato sauce due to a lack of cheese. A medium supreme pan pizza costs significantly more and given that price, a lackof cheese is a cardinal sin. Let me just go ahead and say this to all Pizza restaurants, CHEESE IS IMPORTANT on a pizza. Therest of the pizza was good. The ingredients were flavorful, but the lack of cheese brought the pizza on pa Read more

Everytime lately I want to order a pizza with the creamy garlic sauce I am told they are out. If you are allergic to tomato type... sauces then you are not able to get pizza. I wish they would do better with inventory of products Read more

I go here quite often and usually spend around 100 bucks per trip. I always order a pitcher of beer all the sudden I'm told I... can't have a pitcher unless two people are drinking it but I can order ten single beers in a row which cost about 90cents moreper beer than when ordered as a pitcher! What a ripoff it's all about the money and to top that off they now have no menus it'sa qr code on the table. My phone didn't even have one I had to go outside to get enough signal to download it before I couldeven order. What about people with flip phones or people without phones or old folks that don't know how to work phones? How arethey supposed to order?? I'm done I won't be back. Read more
