This was such friendly service! Honestly not sure I have ever received such friendly service at a Taco Bell. They were out of... mild sauce and the woman offered me the breakfast salsa instead, (if anyone is wondering, the breakfast salsa tastes like mildPace Picante sauce) which is exactly what a pro hospitality worker does: offer an alternative. My order was correct, which seemsto be a lot to ask these days and I appreciate it more and more when it happens. My one minor complaint is the distribution ofsauce in my items, but that happens everywhere, especially fast food. I wish I could mark my orders with "It's okay to make mewait an extra minute for my food." Read more
We got there all the workers was out side in a car the car door opened up to tell me that the lobby was closed it smelled like... pot said that the drive thru was open so I go through the drive thru and.orderd didn't have any sweet tea when we got home ourorder was wrong and what we did get had very little fillings you can take a tortilla and cut in half and make a taco this is aon going thing I don't think I'll go back any more and I will be telling ever one I know not to go thire to Read more
All our orders other than this one were good. This was supposed to be a beef and cheese Burrito for my son.
If you are into Taco Bell restaurants, go for it. My experience with the grilled cheese double steak burrito convinced me I'll... never go to another Taco Bell. This burrito was stuffed with rice at both ends, about six morsels of meat in the middle. That'snothing close to "double steak!" The tortilla wrap is too large and is part of the burrito filling. So, this burrito should becalled "triple carb burrito." The pintos and cheese are no different than refried beans with cheese. Then, without notice theydecided it comes with unwanted taco sauce splashed on top. For a lot of years Taco Bell has been pretty good. That run is overfor me. This taco bell is hands down the freshest and fastest I have been to an a long time. Had my order ready on maybe 2 minutes of... placing it. Fresh lettuce and tomato was impressive, and the awesome and quick staff. We will be back for sure. Read more
Absolutely, hands down the fastest Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. I was fully expecting a 15-20 wait (which is typical). We got... our drinks, napkins and my name was called. On top of that the order was correct. Not sure what you guys are doing different inyour restaurant, but keep it up. The employees smiled and appeared happy too. Delicious food. A little slow and most times they forget about my fire sauce or they try giving me mild instead. But food is... good, tastes fresh, and the employee's are friendly. If it didn't take so long to get my food I'd give 5 stars. All in all,kinda worth it. Great value to portion ratio. It's affordable food, unlike some fast food places that have increased the prices(looking at you McDonald's). By the way I went to this one 2 days in a row, 2 times a day at different times to see how the foodwould be. I'd say they both tasted amazing but breakfast will have you waiting a while. Read more
Went through drive-thru. I spent 30.17 and only half of my order was right. I ordered the loaded fries with no ranch, 3 soft... chicken tacos, I did not get, and got a Supreme chicken burrito I did not order and only got one of the drinks because they wereout of large cups. Got home and did not have any chicken tacos, the fries were covered in ranch so I called them. They would notcorrect my order because the drive-thru person put it in wrong. So I had to pay for the tacos a second time which were justunder $9,00...so I paid $18,00 for 3 chicken tacos that my daughter said they double put half the food in them. They wereextremely rude and hateful. Told me they have a thousand good reviews and mine won't matter. I will never go there again. I knowpeople make mistakes but a good restaurant fixes them. They don't charge you double. I took the loaded fries and burrito backand still had to pay twice. Worst service I've ever had and didn't have enough cash to reorder my fries.
