My family and I went here on friday to celebrate my grandsons birthday. What a mistake. Our server was as good as she could be.... That is the only good thing the whole night. We sat there for an hour before the kitchen sent our apatizers we sat another hourand finally I got my burger and fries. The fries were cold the burger was raw. My son in law got wings. They were raw cold andthe sauce had animal hair in it. It was garbage. We walked out. Did we pay he'll no. Nothing was cooked the way it should havebeen. There was no way we were paying for what was served to us. Our waitress was crying because she could not get our food outof the kitchen. We. Tipped her and left. I suggest that if you do not want to get food poisoning you will not go there either.They need to close it down. No one knows how to cook or run the place. Read more
we got sat as soon as we walked in which was great but we sat there with no acknowledgment that we were there for 15 minutes, i... get it was really busy but just stop over and say hello i will be right with you or something wouldve been nice. we finally getour drink order taken and our food order and when the food gets brought out my boyfriends wings had like no sauce on them so thewaitress had them remade which didn?t take long but he had asked for a refill so he had something to drink with his food and thewaitress took 20 minutes to bring another drink and was rude when he told her he just wanted the bill and boxes because by thetime she brought the drink his food was cold. she said ?we?re busy so you have to bare with me? like yes we understand but itstill does not take 20 minutes to grab a drink. and the table next to us one customer didn?t even get their food!! and theirwaitress seemed bothered when she asked to speak to the manager!! this place is going downhill! Last time my girlfriend and I sat down to eat we sat at the bar. It was pretty dead in the restaurant with one group of four or... five sitting at the other end of the bar. The bartender ignored us almost the entire time and spent most of her timesocializing with the other group. This time we ordered take out and we were missing an order of fries and half our wings werethe wrong flavor. Used to love this place but it's gone downhill over the last 6 months. Read more
ZERO STARS! DISGUSTING. The women's and men's (according to my husband) bathroom had filth & flies everywhere. Pee on the... floor. Food? No cheese curds, onion rings, bbq sweet sauce. Had a wobbly table & had to wait 10 minutes for a beer because theyhad 1 person working. Shut down if you don't have the workers to make your restaurant presentable & sanitary. Patrons work hardfor their money. This is DEPLORABLE. I feel so bad for the staff. When was this place last evaluated by the public healthdepartment? I will be checking. Read more
The past 3 times I have ordered take out. I get a time it will be ready. Upon arrival a little after the time noted. I am told... it's not ready again and again. At what point do you hold yourself accountable and get the product out when you say it will bedone. Read more
Was seated quickly, however, they were not very busy at this time and sat in the booth for 15 minutes without any service. A... waitress then noticed us getting up to leave, addressed us with apologies and stated the greeter didn't know that we had beensat because another waitress had sat us, which was untrue as he was also standing right there and watched her seat us. Multipleemployees were standing around talking to one another, and walked by us a few different times and did not acknowledge us at allso we left and went to dinner somewhere else. Ordered door dash. Took forever to prepare order (once dasher received order, delivery was fast), and almost every element of... the order had a mistake. Kids were missing their fruit, side salad was missing, 1 order of boneless wings was swimming in sauce(way too much), other order barely had any sauce (to the point where some wings had no sauce), side veggies were missing. Wecalled the restaurant. The manager was pleasant but did not care at all and suggested I contact door dash for a partial refund.So I guess they set their quality standards pretty low. ??????? The past few times alive went. My boneless wings were over cooked. The breading was so hard I couldn't eat them. This last time... I went though my sandwich was ok and my server was great. The dine in experience is always very friendly. Read more
