My daughter ordered, paid, then sat down. When I stepped up to the counter, the staff was focused on drive thru only. I asked... the person who delivered my daughter's food, why nobody was taking my order. She immediately told another person who came fromthe prep area and I gave her my order and paid. After I filled my cup, I was immediately handed a tray of my food witheverything I could have needed: ketchup, napkins, salt. I'm rating 3/5 stars due to waiting 9 minutes and having to ask forsomeone to take my order. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice; they worked hard to take good care of the drive-thru.Ketchup dispenser don't work but packets are provided. The tables and chairs are old and need upgraded. Read more

Had to wait for fresh fries and that was ok. Girl told me to pull forward and that was fine. Then the next 2 cars pulled around... me and was waiting. Girl came out with food and gave it to first driver. I watched him open the bag take out the fries and thenput it back in them back in the bag. He yelled at the girl telling her it not his order. So what does she do give it to thenext car. It wasn't there order either it was mine. She then tried to give it to me and got mad when I refused to take food when3 other people all ready handled it.
