The kid taking my order and cashed me out ( I don't know his name. He was skinny, dark hair and tan) had an attitude like he... hates his job and hates dealing with people. Wasn't friendly and didn't give me my receipt or ask if I even wanted it. I usuallysaves receipts for the fetch app. Read more
My daughter ordered, paid, then sat down. When I stepped up to the counter, the staff was focused on drive thru only. I asked... the person who delivered my daughter's food, why nobody was taking my order. She immediately told another person who came fromthe prep area and I gave her my order and paid. After I filled my cup, I was immediately handed a tray of my food witheverything I could have needed: ketchup, napkins, salt. I'm rating 3/5 stars due to waiting 9 minutes and having to ask forsomeone to take my order. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice; they worked hard to take good care of the drive-thru.Ketchup dispenser don't work but packets are provided. The tables and chairs are old and need upgraded. Read more

Our Granddaughter wanted to go to McDonald's for dinner. I got the Big Mac Eal (which I like normally). This sandwich was cold... and bun dried out...was the worst Big Mac I've ever had. My husband said his fish meal wasn't hot. Our Granddaughter got the10 piece nugget meal...said hers was fresh. How disappointing!! Read more
I was stopping by at 4am after a long day at work to get some cookies. I pull up to the drive thru and get screamed at that is... cash only after I had been yelled at that's it's also a 5 to 10 minute wait. Wasn't like this the day before where I gobreakfast just fine at 4am without a wait or card only. I have worked fast food for 2 years now and know this is just one ofthose things where they don't want to work. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and will surely not stop byanytime soon. Read more
Convenient location for this McDonald's on the south side of town. Located by the shopping mall and Kroger grocery store. Had... points expiring on my McDonald's app so dropped in for a couple McChicken. Even though I had enough points for 2, it made me doseparate orders which was slightly disappointing. Read more
Had to wait for fresh fries and that was ok. Girl told me to pull forward and that was fine. Then the next 2 cars pulled around... me and was waiting. Girl came out with food and gave it to first driver. I watched him open the bag take out the fries and thenput it back in them back in the bag. He yelled at the girl telling her it not his order. So what does she do give it to thenext car. It wasn't there order either it was mine. She then tried to give it to me and got mad when I refused to take food when3 other people all ready handled it. Manager then came out and took order back to replace it but honestly don't think thathappened because I had a 5 minute drive home and for supposedly waiting for fresh fries they were cold Read more
