Went there last night hoping it would be better than the last time. But it was worse. The burgers were almost raw. Looked like... all they did was brown them on each side. I'm taking them back today so they can see what they handed out tge window. I don'tmind a LITTLE pink. But the entire burger was red. Read more

They do not need the two stars. I did a mobile order and the food was not hot at all the chicken was so hard and dry and cold.... The fries were cold, drinks were flat. I have been trying for almost an hour to get them to answer the phone. They are notanswering it at all. I do not think I will go back. They do not care that they serve cold food, or care for the costumer. Read more
Guy working the window at 11:30 9/19 seemed really nice. Forgot my friends order and went to ask his (I assume manager) if she... did it. She starts spurting random stuff and insulting him, cursing at him, etc. (In front of everyone mind you which is notok.) Man kept his cool, was super chill with us and was super professional. My husband has allergies and requested a baconzillia without ketchup and they just wiped off the bun. After it has already been... put on the burger it is still there. Not sure who was working the back that prepares the sandwiches but he was not doing a verygood job. This was done on 9/16/2022 at 7:48. We have thrown the sandwich away as he can't eat it. Read more

Every time I?ve been there I have gotten good service and hot food. I was here 12-06-22 around noon will be back soon
