Waited over half an hour. Was told the drinks would be ?right up?. Ten minutes later no drinks. Was told the ?stickers were... lost?. Unfriendly staff. No apologies offered for waiting nearly 45 minutes for coffee. Ridiculous. Read more

Ordered scones today and have never seen them look like this. They don?t offer refunds and had no more left. I had to swap it... for something I didn?t really care for. Probably won?t spend money here again. Read more

The service was friendly and drinks Made quickly, but when I got my first, pictured below with the label and asked foe a ?splash... of cream?, there was so much cream i couldn?t even taste the coffee. I rarely ask for a remake but I did because it was so bad.The picture without the label is the remake. I didn?t have time to ask them to do it a third time. Splash of cream doesn?t mean1/2 the cup. Perhaps this is a training issue but I was disappointed to have spent $6 on a cup of cream and not coffee. What awaste of money. Read more

Did not make it correctly. The older woman working looks like she was on drugs and nodding out. She could not keep her head up... or eyes open. And my Frappuccino was disgusting . Thankfully the Starbucks on 95 replaced it for me Read more

The young lady who made my chestnut praline drink was kind, friendly, and had the coffee ready quickly. The Kroger Starbucks... site is one where I don't mind splurging on a good cup of coffee. Read more

Cute little Starbucks inside Kroger. They didn't have a line for once so my daughter and I stopped. The kind barista offered to... make my drink cream-based since she overheard me debating on a drink to share with my daughter. It was so tasty! Read more

1/19/2016 @ 12:15 pm. I just left the counter of this Starbucks and I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated. I could tell... the lady at the register was fairly new because she had to ask questions about how to fix the price because she under chargedme. They fixed it, but still under what normally pay. I decided not to ask them to fix it again, I'd just give them a biggertip. Moving on... I simply asked for a coating of caramel in my drink on the inside of my cup. Instead, I got a tiny littledrizzle in the cup. I asked again if I could please have a coating in my cup. The lady refused. She said that she was beinggenerous as it was and that they didn't charge me for it. I said I would pay for it. She said that it would be the same thing. She didn't understand what a coating was. I asked her to think of a painted wall. Is there a drizzle of paint or a coating?She didn't know how to answer that. So I walked away and purchased caramel in the Kroger that Starbucks happens to be in andfixed it myself. This lady needs educated in simple terminologies before dealing with future customers. I feel bad for her. And I didn't leave any tip. Read more
