I came into the place and was greeted immediately, warmly and with great enthusiasm. The staff was busy but were so friendly.... Everyone was smiling and working in perfect harmony. April was my cashier and she was magnificent and I also worked with Camilleand Kiara who were both exceptionally sweet and outgoing people. I'm blessed to live in a town with 3 taco bells, my favorite isthis location in my neighborhood, Main st. Staff is A+ The manager complimented my Buckeye gear and generously gifted me aBuckeyes pin right off of her apron. I was blown away. World class customer service. Raving fan. If I didn't already work toomuch I'd put an application in this Taco Bell myself. Give these folks a raise. They deserve them. Great culture of people. Iappreciate you being there and being kind. The staff is always friendly, however, the past couple of times I've ordered, the soda hardly had any ice in it whatsoever and... there's no fizz. I have to repeat my order at the window, which normally isn't a problem but when I have to correct them severaltimes and then I don't get any sauce, there's a problem. I did specifically ask for fire sauce both times. Didn't receive it andagain, what is up with the soda? What is up with the lack of ice. Both times, the soda was warm and flat. So... today my father went thru the drive thru. Upon arriving home my stepmother recieved 4 overcooked soft tacos instead of 4... soft taco supremes. She tried to call but they didn't answer. I walked up to the store to address the issue. They were reallybusy. The manager asked "would you like to order?" I replied "yes, but I have an issue. Pleasently, the food was corrected. We placed an online order to be picked up. For some reason it went in as guest and not our actual name. Then our order was... messed up not due to the crew's fault. We ordered 2 crave packs I believe, with 4 tacos and 4 burritos. I made sure to check ifeverything was there as it felt light. Nope, only had 3 tacos and 4 burritos. Taco Bell is a friendly and clean environment. During the day service is fast and makes your order right. At night when they... lock their doors and only drive thru open is when service goes down hill. Seems like only one person is working. You waitforever to place your order. Then after that you're stuck waiting for your food. Then you're lucky if it's correct. I can't tellyou how many times I got home to find chicken tacos instead of beef. It's like they stop selling beef after their doors close. Ilike their food, close to home, and being open late is why I keep going back. Learning to double check my order before leaving. Read more
