Two young teenage girls were supposed to be taking orders at the drive through window and instead they were looking at their... phones and not taking the order down. So my order is wrong and got charged an additional $5 for something I didn't want. Thiswas at peak lunch time too. They didn't give me a receipt at the first window because I'm sure they knew the order was wrong. Iknow it's hard to get people to work but playing on your phone instead of doing your job when customers can clearly see youslacking off is not excusable .... Did get my order correct 4 times in a row. This last visit was much better. I guess the GM was on vacation. Lots of new faces.... We are regulars to this Wendy's. Read more

Ordered a Dave's single combo with a side of spicy nuggets and a chocolate frosty. Must have gotten food poisoning because I... ended up with the urgent need for a restroom and ended up staying there for a while. My son had chicken nuggets and a frosty aswell without any ill effects. Must have been something with the burger. ???? Everything worked its way out in the end though. Read more
