service was terrible made us wait at the intercom for 5 minutes then made us pull up to a parking spot then it took them 7... minutes to bring us out our food no to mention they were barley even busy maybe had like 2 customers including us and 4 peopleoutside doing nothing they had 2 people working the front area none in the kitchen Read more

If I could I would give 0 stars. I had a sore throat and needed tea while on the road, and made the mistake of going here.... Ordered HOT tea- tea was less that room temperature when handed to me. Needless to say my throat is still killing me. Read more

Today I ran out of gas in the drive thru at the burger king in Marion. It?s 80 degrees and I have two of my kids in the car with... me. So to not disrupt the business i do my best to get out of the drive thru so others can be served. While i?m gone to get somegas the manager there, Jill Ghering, comes out the back door and yells at my daughter. She was very rude and unprofessional.Instead of offering a hand she treated us like an inconvenience. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE VERY POOR. I then walked insideand placed my order which she then messed up. Please correct me if i?m wrong but shouldn?t people in her position extendcourtesy instead of treating a customer like they are a burden? Jill Ghering should be demoted to a position that better suitsher attitude. Management is obviously not the position for her. You need to lead by example and today Burger Kings managementset a very bad example. Read more

Food was good but the service was terrible. Too slow. Took forever to get a simple meal. No ice in the fountain machine. Had to... wait 5 minutes to get ice. Improve service is a must. Read more

Funny you ask. It was horrible just awful. I had to ask them to heat it up and I still threw it away.the whole thing. My... daughter said it was the worst burger she eve had. We eat there all the time and it was just gross. We are not sure what waswrong. The place was messy . Fries and garbage on the floor .I probably won't go back anymore. Read more
