Regina (I think was her name, sweet lady),... knew what she was talking about and was patient even though they were super busy. Food was PERFECT. Nothing is good about this location period. Food orders are right about 60% of the time and drive thru times to get food can go... for 20 minutes. I got parked over 2 bean burritos WTH! So since my last review we stopped in yesterday to grab food before thefootball game since the parking lot was empty and nobody was in drive thru. The order consisted of a bean burrito and a beefycheesy melt so we were asked to pull up WTH 10 minutes later no food which is crazy because they were still not busy at all. We had to leave so we could get to the game without our food and it was paid for. This is completely unacceptable and themanager and district manager should be fired if they can't fix this as this is a major problem everyday. I will never spend adime with this location or any location owned by this franchise again. Read more

I would give it a good review but You spend 20 mins in line for a order they is 50% of the time wrong.
Drive thru was fast, food was hot, checkout lady wore gloves and a mask. Just wish they had online ordering since that always... has good deals. Read more
SO kind! Hiking the AT and stopped in 10min to close.. we felt bad when we ended up ordering a TON of food before leaving.... Everyone was SUPER nice. Then even offered to keep the tables open for us to eat after they closed down. THANK YOU to the entirestaff for being SO friendly and putting smiles on our faces! Read more
Ordered togo and they gave us no utensils or napkins. I also ordered my cheesy fiesta potatoes without sour cream and instead... they gave me potatoes swimming in sour cream. Our quesidillas were luke warm after waiting 15-20 mins for "fast food". Thebathrooms were also disgusting- I may need to get a tetanus shot they we're so bad. Read more
It's almost a guaranteed 20 minute wait if you order at this Taco Bell. Guess that's to be expected for ordering tacos from a... KFC. Which is what this restaurant is, a KFC that sells Taco Bell. Read more
