I have to say I was really surprised this place was not full ! This is by far the best vegan ramen I have tried (and I tried in... LA too) this place has the best mix and noodles and the craft beers from Japan are amazing good. Probably my only concern wouldbe that the portion is not that big so if you eat a lot you probably going to need to eat something else and it seems a bitpricey so that?s the reason why I gave 4 stars but the service and food is excellent ! When we went, they were out of Miso Ramen so we didn't have much choice. The broth of the shoyu ramen was OK but the handmade... noodles were quite fine. Unfortunately it was rather pricey considering their petite portions. Just one piece of pork belly andbarely enough soup! Even with extra noodles the portion was smaller compared to normal. The bamboo shoots were cold. All in allit's a good spot for a small meal, and great dessert options too. Read more
