This place has changed so much! For whatever reason there was no BR, I ordered a hot chocolate and a Bavarian cream donut, the... chocolate on the donut tasted powdery, my hot chocolate tasted like coffee (YUCK) and I had a cinnamon roll that I had to put inthe microwave to soften it up. I ordered a large coffee. By the time I got to the window the little gentleman guy they could not open the register. I asked... where was the Manger he said not there. Where is the shift supervisor not there. The coffee was already prepared so I askedhow much? He said like $3.50. I handed he for keep the change on about to embark on an 8 hour drive. Well I?ve tried to get breakfast 3 times now at this location around 6 am and get told it?s not ready yet each time. Today all I... ordered was an order of hash browns and a toasted bagel and the woman said come to the window, upon reaching the window she goesit?s not ready yet. I've never had an issue with this Dunkin! Always hot, fresh and friendly service! Close to home and a perfect stop when heading... out! I normally don't get donuts so I can't review those from this store- but if they are anything like the drinks they areamazing! Read more
I feel I've given this place chance after chance when I shouldn't. The worst part was she seemed to be a manager but she had a... attitude as soon as I walked in the door. After walking in to the store and no one ACKNOWLEDGED me and there was a Supervisor atthe counter but she made another worker leave the drive thru to help me saying "can you take care of them, I'm busy". She wasextremely rude and is bad for business. the customer is number one and just by not acknowledging my presence while I wasstanding in front of her is bad customer service .
