The absolute worst service conceivable. Rude disrespectful manager, black girl with braids short heavier. Chicken was so smelly... and black they didn't give us a receipt we had to throw it in the GARBAGE!! $17.52 waisted. Please people stay away from thisplace go to jewels 12 pieces of Fresh fried chicken $10.99 or 8 Fresh pieces for $6.99 and they appreciate your business. Thatlocation and the manager sucks! The food was good but the service was awful. We did an online order it wasn't ready and was told to pull up until it was... ready????Multiple car pulled off with their orders. This was the best tasting popeyes chicken hands down that I have had all year! FRESH FRESH FRESH!!! THE GREASE WAS FRESH,... CHICKEN FRESH, BISCUITS FRESH!!! And they got a well deserved make over inside and out! The staff were friendly and on pointwith service. Read more
They are soooooo slow. Went on my lunch break. Big mistake! Sat in the drive thru 20 min to order a chicken sandwich that was... super salty. A car ahead of me didn't even get to order. They cursed at the box and left which got their attention for the restof us. How do you forget your drive thru? If you go, go in! Read more
The Service At Popeyes Store On 159th Street In Markham Sucks!!! I Won't Be Going Back In Fact I'd Like For The Corporate Office... Terrible chicken the biscuits were hard and stale the Cajun rice looks and smells like garbage and they have TERRIBLE service...... was there today and the heavy set lady that works the drive thru was very rude and short with me and mentioned they were out ofnearly everything I asked for . Normally I don't give bad reviews but this store is really to much and horrible services. I really don't understand why they... make a remodel when the service is gonna be the same as before? Before the remodel, I went through the drive-through and theykept me and my family waiting for 40 minutes before they came and took our order because the lobby was closed, then 20 minuteslater to pay our order and after paying they tell us that we have to wait another 25 minutes before they didn't have any chickento give out and they give our sodas without ice, for that reason I cancelled the order. After the remodel when they opened, Ithink the service will be better. My husband and my daughter enter the lobby to order when an employee disrespected her managerand starts to fight with her in-front of the customers. Today I went again, I enter the lobby and the employee was looking at memad and said that the lobby was closed. First the door is open. Second the store doesn't have store hours on the door. Andthird, again more then 15 minutes waiting on the drive thru and no cars moved, so I left. This going to be my last visit here Iprefer go to Homewood or other store. If was a 0 ? I give to them.
