My friend and I only ordered coffee, so definitely take this rating with a grain of salt! Service and quality were just fine... when we went, but I found the location to be really cramped. This is especially the case now that the weather is colder andoutdoor seating is less of an option. There isn't much space between tables, nor is there much room for people ordering/waitingfor their orders. The location is also quite busy, which is to be expected given that it's housed in a popular mall, but justsomething to take into account because it can get busy and crowded. Read more
Service is lacking a little bit but food is good. I went on a weekday around 2 PM when there were not many people. They?re only... two staff working at the front and one of them was taking a call, so I waited for a bit. Food came fast and it was delicious. Ilove their signature drinks and they always does a latte art which makes a very appetizing. All day breakfast is great and welove the side salads as well. I really love their latte art. Especially wanna compliment a staff called Anne. She is very nice and polite and she can do nice... latte art. The one in the first picture made by her. The second one i like it so much too, forgot the staff name. But the one inthe third picture(july10,4pm ) is a bit disappoint me, the girl Aeris(not sure if i spell wrong), she just pour the milk in itso random and without the latte art. I guess she doesn?t know I come to this coffee shop almost everyday. A cup of latte withnice art on it made my day. But the cup of latte that i got today made me a bit upset. Read more
VERY DELICIOUS !! Today was my first day in Markham (I am visiting my family from the US) and wanted to come to Aroma to have a... very simple breakfast; their fresh butter croissant and house coffee do not disappoint! The coffee was served hot with acomplementary milk chocolate and the butter croissant was very fresh. The people working at the store were very nice andfriendly. Dropped by for a coffee and dessert. Average experience I'd say. Cakes looked better than they tasted. Coffee and cider okayish.
You will not be disappointed. I had a soup and sandwich. You really can?t go wrong with anything on the menu. My favourite drink... is the London Fog, the make it with loose leaf earl gray. The chap at the counter was pleasant and the cook came out of the backto apologize for the wait (it wasn?t that long and they were pretty busy with deliveries). The old staff at the front used to be so nice and friendly, that?s why we would always come back. Today I was served by new... staff, who seemed somewhat annoyed that she had to take my order. I brushed everything off at this point, I know how it isworking in food industry, people have bad days, or just want to get through the day, whatever. But then in the middle of my mealI found a full fly dead in my salad. I went up to them apologizing for the trouble of them remaking it, and I didn?t even get anapology or really anything. The girl I went to seemed a little annoyed, then the girl who brought the new salad to the tableseemed really annoyed, didn?t even talk to us, or smile, or even reply when we said ?thank you!?. Normally I am veryunderstanding when it comes to workers when they do small mess ups but this is kind of ridiculous. Read more
