I order ahead on the app on my way there because I?m already a little bit late for my movie. I even got the confirmation email,... but when I get there the staff didn?t even know my order. I thought since they already forgot my order they should make my drinkfirst, but I asked four times, no one cares and they just keep doing their work. I was suppose to pick up at 21:45 but I got mydrink at 22:26. What?s the point of order ahead of I get my drink forty minutes late? All employees seems rude and ignorecustomers. Worst experience. Extremely rude staff! my partner was seated at a table while i was waiting in line for drinks. Staff made an accusation that he... was not purchasing anything while saving the seat. They were also making rude comments about him not realizing i was in frontof them waiting for my drinks to be made. The cashier at the time ended up acknowledging that i was in front of her and quicklyturned to the others to stop. Extremely unprofessional. Read more
I used their self- machine to take the order at 3:45pm, there were so many people in the strore, so I knew that I would wait... for a while like 15 mins something. I was patient at the first 20 mins. But I was wrong, some people even ordered after me, theygot their order and gone, and i was still waiting my order. After 30 mins, all my patience ran out, I asked their staff about myorder, she told me they are making it now.....what!!!! There were some customers like me, had to ask them if you used themachine to order, then they would start to make your order. If you dont ask, your order would never be made. Finally, I waitedfor 35 mins to get my order. It was the longest waiting time for bbt in my life. Buying a bbt and feel so upset!!!!! ????terrible ordering system, but the staff was nice and polite. Hot drink with a straw?? Why cha time why?? I don?t know why I can?t reply to the owners reply but here it is? I did ask the... guy who gave me the drink with a straw that how can I drink a hot beverage with a straw? What if i burn my tongue? He justshrugged and said be careful!
