Everyone knows Chipotle and its food. This Chipotle location not only offers excellent food, but also a great customer... experience most of the time. Usually, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is always clean andwell-organized. As a result of this combination of factors, dining at this Chipotle is a delightful experience. The onlycomplaint I have is with the Tractor brand organic drinks during their lunch and dinner rushes. During their busy periods, Ihave visited this location half a dozen times when the drinks had run out. My concern was brought to the attention of one oftheir employees, but they are so busy that they do not refresh the dispensers until after rush hour, which is too late for themajority of customers. I like it very much as it is very healthy but I found it a bit pricey. I ordered a bowl for takeout It ended up costing me... over $20. The server kept asking me if I want this and that. I didn't know every item she asked me was added cost. It was quitemisleading. Next time I would be smarter stick to what I want. The restaurant is clean and good seating area. Read more

I have been coming to this chipotle monthly for about 6 months now. They used to be a decent Chipotle (not as good as the one in... Scarborough Town Centre but it was ok) however I went on Sunday night and was incredibly disappointed. First of all they wereout of steak, both my parents wanted the steak but settled for the barboca which was "okay but not nearly as good". My dad'sportion had nearly double my mom's but neither equalled a full size, maybe if you combined the two. It was almost like they tookone scoop, gave my dad 75% of that scoop and my mom got the other 25%. My mom got the salad bowl and had 4 pieces of lettuce...I had the vegetarian bowl, I asked for extra rice, my bowl wasn't even full. I'm happy they gave me a lot of cheese but where'sthe rice? I asked for beans and extra corn and there wasn't even a regular amount of corn. They need to stop being so cheap andgive proper portion sizes since they're charging so much. The worst Chipotle I had ever been to. Very generous in giving me two bowls but extremely stingy with food portion. I am... offended by this small portion. $16 for a barely filled burrito bowl. Kids meal size adult price. I was told that Carnitas weresold out AFTER they added rice and beans in my bowl considering I don?t eat other types of proteins. Very disappointed with the serving size. I ordered a chicken bowl and was half-filled. Wanted Brown rice, black beans,... chicken, mild salsa, grilled vegetables, sour cream, corn, lettuce and cheese and this is what I got. No corn, grilledvegetables or salsa. Very disappointed. Very disappointed with the meal. We ordered 3 bowls for takeout and 2 of them were decently filled. One was without rice and the... other had rice. The third one was the chicken bowl with no rice. There was hardly any chicken and 3 times the amount of blackbeans. The flavour was not the greatest either.
