The menu itself was pretty basic but it was bad because half of the menu items were available. Didn't get much of a choice and... ended up getting stewed oxtail. Just finished eating. Went because of the reviews. Good portion size especially for the price! BUT. They need to fix the oxtail... and goat. These meats are supposed to slid of the bone. The oxtail was so tough and taste like it was season with Katchup andcitrus, that was not caribbean oxtail. Also, the goat was tough and dry. My house hold who eats this often refused, although theflavor of it was good. The rice and side great! A few changes and I would then go back. Good portions and Good Vibes. The food was a bit under seasoned, but It had the right components for the dishes. This is a great... spot for sensitive eaters. They also have a different lunch special everyday that ends at 3pm be sure to check it out. Read more
Good quality Caribbean fair. They give you generous portions and the oxtail gravy is on point.
First time here and I ordered jerk chicken large meal, curried goat large meal, oxtail and chicken soup. It was all soooo yummy... and portions are really generous. It was even a hit with the kids, despite the spiciness in the chicken. Definitely putting thison our dinner takeout rotation. Read more
I have zero complaints. I've had a lot of oxtail and this one takes the cake so far. The lunch portion is generous, not greasy,... full of flavour, perfect amount of salt and spice. Coleslaw isn't drowning in sauce so it still has the crunch. Rice cookedperfectly. This. is. the. spot. Definitely recommend the jerk and the oxtail. Can't wait to try the other stuff on themenu. The same old restaurant, it just got a new sign. Staffs are very friendly and positive with full of happy energy, portions are... huge no matter what you get, and foods are delicious. Please ask for hot sauce, it is worthy to challenge! Read more
Stopped here for lunch. Portions were large. Had the jerk chicken with rice and peas. Was fantastic. Hot sauce wasn?t good tho.... Very waterd down. But the taste was great. Would come back for sure Read more
