Yum! One of the better Harvey?s in Markham. Their customer service is 9/10, no doubt. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They... actually take their time and effort to make the burgers unlike some other Harvey?s. They also get my toppings right butsometimes during the lunch rush they do have to rush but I can understand that. Tasty burgers and it?s juicy, as well as theirfries and onion rings which actually taste like potatoes and onions. Great location to go after shopping at Garden Basket. Read more

The service here is extremely slow. Had to wait for almost 15-20 minutes for a mobile order to go through. The quality of the... food also seems subpar. It?s only worth it if you have a coupon. Daniel is the nicest person ever who worked at this location! He gave us extra pickles, a great serving of gravy on our poutine... and he was incredibly friendly!! WOOWW! I was so pleasantly surprised with the kindness! The man in the santa mask (you can see him in the picture) needs a... promotion! I was so surprised with how much precision and care he made those burgers! Wow! He had no problem replacing thetomato that was slightly yellow which I didn?t really like. His attitude and tone of voice was so welcoming. Very knowledgeablewith the menu, he knew exactly what the veggie burgers were made of and helped my sister and I make a decision.
