Hero is Hero, so the food is pretty predictable.... the customer service here wasn't ideal though. We specified no bacon and the... person cooking still put it on. When we reminded the person behind the counter that we asked that no pork be included, theyremoved it but wouldn't remake the burger. We ended up not eating it. Read more

Uber eats wrong item. I did uber eats for this last night and it was advertised that a combo includes a 20oz drink. Instead I... got a 355ml drink, which was basically 12oz and the store doesn?t contact me before hand so I end up getting the order as it is.When I called the store around 10pm, a female answered the call and she told me to come in person for a free fountain drink? Ifthats the case why am I ordering uber eats?? Obviously I can?t pickup food so I had to order online. I?m here sick at home andyou guys want me to come sick into your store for something the store messed up on? based on uber eats policies they shouldcontact customer if they can?t give the right items but clearly this store has no clue about their uber eats policies. Ordered from Ubereats from two different locations. The McCowan and HWY 7 location burger looks and tastes very different from... another location for the same order. The buns are different and have less things are placed on the burger. The wrapping paperwere also different. The patty looks smaller and overcooked. Food isn't as good as what it used to be pre-covid. You can see and taste the decline in quality but unfortunately the price... remains the same. Burger tastes like something out of a backyard BBQ which isn't bad but definitely not what you would expectfrom hero burger. Ingredients have all been downgraded from the bun to the meat. I won't be returning to this location at leastwhile the covid pandemic is still an issue. Read more

Always consistent. Hero burgers is a family favourite when we want something quick and delicious! Customized the way you want it... and we always get our onion rings! Burgers are always juicy and free from hormones. And you can taste it! Meaty goodness.Service can be hit or miss. This time was a hit. They are attentive and listen, considering how many customizable options areavailable to the consumer. She thought a pick up order was mine and when she found out it wasn?t, she asked the back of kitchento see if it was almost ready. Very nicely done!
