The First Markham Place food court is a core spot for me to grab a quick lunch and/or dinner. Ja sushi is a relatively newer... addition, being a Chinese-owned sushi spot. The standout feature for me were there options for salmon lovers! They have sets andplatters consisting of just salmon, like this set number 4. It comes with 12 pieces total (3 pc salmon sashimi, 3 pc salmonnigiri, and 6 pc spicy salmon maki) as well as your choice of miso soup or pop. The quality was decent and fresh to taste andsoft in texture. I do wish that the spicy mayo could have had more of a kick to it for flavor though. All in all, decent qualitysushi but on the pricier side in my opinion, with this set priced at $13.99 plus tax. Read more
