?I want to give one star but instead, 4 stars to all the staff working at this location. I saw 2 customers receive?d? their... orders wrong, including mine as well, which I completely understand from what I saw: One staff did everything (from meal prep tomaking coffee/tea down to order packing...etc.).? i.e. The staff even fixed my order correctly in less than 1 min. The reasonwhy we still go back to this location: Service! 4 stars is for all staff who work at the front and who did their best to speedup every second on every single order. I will tell myself that we all might wait? longer for our order, especially duringweekends & holidays. Read more
I used to go here with family and friends all the time after spending time at the community centre. I went through the drive... through and asked for a junior chicken happy meal. (I now know this doesn?t exist but the worker didn?t express this) Made mymom pay for a junior chicken combo and when we asked for a junior chicken + a nugget combo he was very irritated, shorttempered, and continued to yell ?OH MY DAYS BRO? in front of customers. Instead of allowing another purchase he refunded thewhole order to add the happy meal which required a lot more time and the manager. Read more
This location is very convenient, but their service is one of the worse. Mobile order take more than 10 mins, this is how your... ice cream cone look like after 13mins. They always make mistake, don?t come here if you are in a hurry. Read more

Regular coffee is not made right and tastes sour. You can see the "double double" doesn't even look like it has the double... cream. Their iced coffee and burgers are good though. Read more

Did a mobile order earlier. We were the only car there but she asked us to park in number one. So we were waiting. The guy... bringing our food dropped the happy meal on the floor and there was snow/slush all over the box. didn?t offer to change anotherone. I took taste of the peppermint mocha and it tasted like bitter hot water with mint and there was a layer of oil on top ofthe drink. Went inside to let them know but no one acknowledged me waiting at the counter. There were four employees working. Ihad to ask the guy who was getting off work to help me to get their attention. Told the staff about the drink and told me itwill taste the same if she makes another one. Offered me a coffee instead which is two dollars less than what I paid for. So Igot an refund and they cheat me with the refund. I did not get my full amount for the drink!!! This is ridiculous!! Customer service needs a lots of improvements. I placed a mobile order for 1 Sausage 'N Egg McMuffin Extra Value Meal , The... drive through service person just gave me the coffee and told me to wait on the mobile order pickup slot and there was only 1more person waiting. After 15 min I went to the person to ask about the order she asked me to wait for a little more .I wentagain after 20 min and still no updates on my order so I just gave up and drove off. Read more
