The slowest McDonald's I have ever been to! There are constantly big orders for Mcdelivery and delays your time of waiting for... your own food. Some guy got his order way before some of us did who have been waiting 20 min while he only waited 5 min for hisown. Some workers are not wearing masks or gloves which I think should still be required if your handling food. I'll go throughthe drive thru next time. If your hungry and want food right away this is not the place for you! I do not recommend. Read more

There's no standard of the volume of fries and vanilla ice cream cone. Different staff gives you different amounts. Big... difference. ----- More friendly staff today. Keep it up. ----- 05/21. Adding 2 stars. Very friendly, gentle and nice, thefemale manager Sandra, to customers and also helped the young boy to bring hot coffee to his table with family. ----- Orderedahead of time. Arrived and there were more than 10 customers inside. Saw my order number in progress. Waiting. All of a sudden,tons of order number, including mine, disappeared and not under Now serving. Asked a staff, ignored me. Asked the supervisor,she said it's coming. I saw my order number with my order of mcflurry right there. I asked if she did not mind to pass to me.She ignored me. Totally unresponsive and unreasonable. This is the worst ever experience. I do mot recommend thislocation. -------- There's only regular coffee at this location. -------- Curbside pickup via some nice staff. Had a fewtimes with pickup from counter, waited much longer with some supervisor(s) concentrated on drive thru only; some supervisor wasgood enough to handle both and made the service much smoother. The store is fine, but ice cream is not up to standard. It is more frozen compare to other store. Not as creamy as they should.... I give it a 2nd chances after a month but still the same. Avoid getting ice cream from this store. Read more

Worst McDonald's in Markham, I almost slipped at the big spill on the floor that was left there as staff walked passed it... several times without even bothering cleaning it up. Floor is littered with recipets that the staff is also ignoring.. I don'teat here but went to pick up something for my son. Wanted to go through drive thru but that's yet another nightmare. The personwho designed the drive thru was smoking crack since it blocks up the main 4 way stop causing a traffic nightmare for the rest ofthe plaza ???????????the manager here needs to be retrained or replaced with someone competent for the task Read more

We passed by for a snack at McD from a wedding ceremony. Thanks to the lady manager and the cashier on shift, they recommended... us the passion fruit smoothie. Awesome choice! Thanks McD for your input. Woohoo!!! Read more

I came by today to get 1 fillet o fish meal, 1 double fillet o fish meal and 1 hotcakes. When I got home and gave my daughters... the order. I had the most shocking and terrible experience. There were 2 whipped butter in the bag, the best part both of themwere opened and used. One has the seal just placed on top of the packaging and empty with no butter inside. Unbelievable anddisgusting!! I will definitely not go to this Macdonald's again! This location doesn't even deserve 1 star! Read more
