After hitting D Spot couple of units beside this location, saw the pepperoni pizza walk-in special ad on the window and decided... to pick up one on impulse. Walked in, the employee didn't appear interested in serving my son and I as he's more interested intalking to the person in the back. When he finally is ready to greet me, I place my order and was immediately inform in anegative tone minimum 20mins. I confirmed and asked minimum 20 mins? and he said yes. I'm like ok good bye. Thanks for savingme money tonight from what would be an impulse buy. I love pizza nova and was the first time going to this location. Idefinitely won't return here. Great pizza and the corporation can have quality control with using specific ingredients/brandsbut you can never control the level of service of the staff. Pizza Nova is my go to pizza place but ordering a pizza from this location was a real disappointment. Little sauce and the crust... tasted like I cooked a frozen pizza at home. I will not be going back to this location again. Read more
I love Pizza Nova, I order all around the city and I've been ordering from this location on and off for the last 10 years and... has to be the worst Pizza Nova franchise I've ever eaten at. Some tips would be to add more sauce and cook your pizza longer.It's should be embarrassing that I need to put your tasteless pizza in the oven to cook after delivery. Ordered a walk-in special. Never gave me a receipt and watched him ring it in. Gave me the wrong order because he NEVER rang it... in. Awesome place, Very clean and customer service is excellent, They have a nice selection of plant based option. Specially their... Plant based nuggets. You should definitely try their charcoal dough.
