Probably the worst place that I hv gotten my pizza and wings from, the staffs of the store told us different things regarding to... our order, /so we ended up paying for our order more than we should. The lady was serving us and left in the middle of it totake a phone call or something and had another man take over and told us the wrong info about our order, refused to refund oncewe found out the order was placed incorrectly and the attitude was far from pleasant to say the least, the experience wasterrible and we will never go there again, the lady told us pizzapizza never do refund and this is the company policy becausethey never process their order wrong which by looking at the reviews section, doesnt seem to be true..will be sure to file acomplaint on the pizzapizza official website too. It was a fairly warm august upon the wistful wind that breezed through my damp hair as I was looking for a presumptuous bite.... Upon such I stumbled upon a store, this store none other than pizza pizza itself. Through the wildest extents of my owncuriosity I have been bewildered to enter the establishment that has been bestowed upon me. Entering the store instantly thefirst thing that hit me was the smell of a deep cheesy whiff one that has sent me towards the front counter. Here in which I wascaressed by the sight of a wondrous selection of multiple pies that of which brought none but nostalgia towards the innards ofmy hippocampus. Food is great especially... when I have short break and when I visit there have there have my pizza nice and hot and warm my tummy. Last Fri was my co-worker birthday, we came here for celeration. Although this was our first visit of this restaurant, the... Manageress was very nice, she knew we had a birthday lunch and light a candle on the pizza. This warm action made us feel verytouching and impressed. Feeling this restaurant not only selling commercial business, it sold passion, love, yummy food and goodservice. Our birthday girl was very happy. We had a joyful lunch here, unforgettable. Not a big fan of Pizza Pizza, only eat them when really necessary. Dropped by Markham and parking lot was so busy because of the... supermarket, and ended up in Pizza Pizza for a quick meal and head back to North Bay. The cashier lady was patient and nice, andshe intro some good deals for the two of us. Really surprising good service in a franchised pizza shop. Will definitely returnwhen we visit Markham again! Didn't expect too much, but well the food and service were excellent. The supreme pizza along with the chicken wings, is one... of the best, and would have no doubt coming over again for it. Staffs are nice, and enjoyed the time being there. Can't waitfor our next visit. Read more
The worst customer service ever .the order was wrong , I was barely see the toppings on the pizza !! Ordered the wings with the... sauce on it , they oh sorry take it on the side, really ??!! she ,the owner was so rude in treating us she didn?t even want togive napkins or a plastic bags or even a plate or 2 claiming everything became expensive, really for god sake ??!! , regardlessof putting your prices up already , why would get a business then if you don?t know how to run it ?
