I ordered regular Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza today. Picked it up and didn't check it at the store. Once I got home, I noticed... the pizza were not even round. Both were very dry, thin crust, crunchy, over cooked. Not enough cheese. I will order fromsomewhere else next time. Not gonna spend money here as they don't know how to make good pizza. Read more
I ordered two pizzas from this location. Worst pizza I ever had.pizzas were wet from middle part and can?t even hold the slice... properly. Called customer service he said max to max can give $15 credit. I spent $32 on the order and I wasn?t looking forcredit. But there could be better things. Worst customer service experience ever. I purchase from this location on the regular, once orc twice a week. Their pizza is... never perfect, but you let it slide because it's still acceptable. Today, like many times before, I ordered my regular pizzawith the creamy garlic drizzle on top. Upon opening the box, we notice no visible sauce. I thought he forgot. So I take mypizza box and explain to him what I ordered. Instead of fixing the pizza, the employee starts arguing with me about howeveryone makes the pizza differently and how he already put the drizzle on to and baked it. It's there I just can't see itbecause it's melted. I explain to him that's not how I like it, can you fix it - either make me a new one, or just add somedrizzle on top. He outright refused. He was rude, unprofessional and acted like he was giving out free pizza. You get whatyou get. I asked for the managers number and his name, to which he refused again. Pathetic service. Don't waste your time atthis location. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go elsewhere. Will not be taking my business there. Extremely disappointed. Andbaffled at his treatment and customer service. Order this mega munch deal for $24.99 for pick up, a large pizza with 3 topping, 19 chicken wings and 4 pops. Pizza is prepared... fresh. Wings are hot and juicy. Pops are cold. Inly when l walk in to pick up my order, the server has mask and gloves. That isnice. But the cook doesn't has mask on . I think it will be nice to have mask on especially during the Covid-19 situation. Iwill give 3 stars. Read more

Ordered the walk in special for $8.99 large pepperoni as this place usually has great pizza?thick crust, crispy on the outside... and soft inside?for this same deal. My family are regulars there but this time I?m the one who picked up the pizza. What we gotis thin crust, crunchy all the way through and as seen in the photos the bottom shows over cooked. We?re too far to take thisback to the store, as we discovered this upon getting home. If you order from this location (McCowan/Bur Oak), they let you lookat the pizza before taking it out so make sure you check thoroughly before leaving the store. Read more
