We ordered pizza from this location. Worst customer service they took almost 1 hour to deliver at 10 mins far location . The guy... on phone was rude almost abused us and kept saying 5 more minutes and he hung up on our face . He wanted us to wait for pizzabecause now after 50 mins it?s suppose to be free pizza . So he asked us to wait more 10 mins and said we will deliver afterdoing other deliveries as they don?t want to give free food to others . Management need to hire good staff and keep a watch ontheir employes as they are spoiling their reputation. Read more

Never again. Pizza Pizza makes a mistake all they offer is another pizza (why would I trust you again) or a $9 credit on your... account. & if you don't have an account they just hang up the phone. No refunds not even for the extra toppings paid for and notreceived. This should be advertised. Paid for extra toppings didn't receive them. Asked for well done half the pizza withtoppings were raw. This location is a consistent 2 stars and below does not matter about new staff, owners or paint sameoutcome. Read more
The guy working there got our order wrong. I?m a vegetarian and ordered a veggie plant based pepperoni pizza and they made us a... meat pepperoni pizza. The worker accused me of lying saying that I ordered meat pepperoni. I?ve been a vegetarian for the last10 years and I?m not stupid to order a meat pizza. Horrible customer service. Definitely not coming back here ever again. He wasso rude. I work in customer service too and I?ve never treated a customer like that. Read more
Updated: Went there again last month and had a really good experience. Pizza was much faster and good customer... service. Obviously if you live in Markham you probably have been here at least one. We only provided 3 stars because we feltthat pizza's at this location take a bit longer than we would like and the toppings are nothing fancy. With that said they aretotally acceptable for a fast inexpensive pizza. Read more
I am their regular customer. Bought whole wheat pizza. Found raw dough and not properly baked. When asked for replacement with... regular dough they refused. Don?t try their whole wheat pizza. See photo, it is thick crust. Stomach got upset. I got email fromPizza Pizza and they asked my order number. I throw the receipt assuming nothing will happen. I am giving 5 stars because theyat least care for customer and they will improve in future. Read more
This is the 2nd consecutive time I receive burnt & dried pizza. The fact that they?re burnt & this restaurant still think it?s... ok to deliver to customer, shows this location has no business ethics. After the burnt pizza I had last time I filed acomplaint to head office and still nothing has changed. Beware of this location my fellow markham neighbours! :( Read more
