Extremely disappointed while picking up my mobile order a couple of minutes ago. It seems that they call out for your order once... and then place it on the black pick up stand which is facing the bar. How are customers supposed to see that their orders aredone being made?! I stood there stupidly for a couple of minutes while the "baristas" chatted amongst themselves. They neverasked me if I was waiting on an order or anything. Once I realized they only called out the order once and placed it on theblack stand, I decided to peek over and see if by chance my drinks were made. And they were so I grabbed them myself. Thebarista then noticed and grumbled an "oh.. umm..." And did not apologize for making me wait. I will be avoiding this locationgoing forward. Work on your customer service!! Read more
Sorry that I forget to take some photos. Staff are nice, helpful, responsive and the order was accurate, same experience in New... York, Hong Kong and Osaka. However the music was loud even I was far away from speaker. It was about 70-75 dB. Recommend thisstore. Read more
The only one Starbucks that I feel terrible of their services. Around 8 staffs in drinking station but don't know what they are... doing. Hello, I go to Starbucks every day. But today I went to 7333 Woodbine for the first time. I ordered a large Dragon Fruit and a... large Cappuccino. The gentleman entered a medium Dragon fruit but I caught his error and reminded him I asked for large. Whenmy order came (I paid on my app), I was given the correct Large dragon fruit but only a Medium cappuccino. I told a young ladyabout the error and she was quite rude. She said ?you only paid for a medium cappuccino.? I replied that I ordered both largeshe was gruff and said ?Do you want me to show you the bill?!? I was never offered the correct size as has been the case atother Starbucks where I have sometimes been told to keep the mistaken order and been made a new, correct drink. Sometime small moves makes your day, I ordered my coffee but without realizing that I picked the wrong location.. Came in to the... location where I was suppose to order and Joanne was extremely professional, went above and beyond my expectation and got me thecoffee. Decent starbucks outlet, staffs are ok but not very attentive. I had ordered a no foam coffee but i got heavily foamed coffee. I... trusted that they would be preparing as per specifications mentioned in my mobile order. So even if you do a mobile order, plsbe sure to mention the staff on ur specifics else they will prepare on their own wish. Earlier days we used to sit and havecoffee and if there an issue we could report it at cafe but nowdays we are taking out and often people dont take an effort to goback to cafe and report it and drink what they get. Due to few incompetent staff the name of Starbucks is getting affected. Read more
This store is a cozy little HIDDEN GEM.. I've always been greeted energetically as soon as I enter. No matter what rotation of... the staff is working, there's the consistent exceptional experience.
